No sales calls required. A clear brief can go from first email to a written agreement without a meeting.

Step 1: Send a short brief
Share the problem, the systems involved, your budget, and your timeline. I review the fit and clarify open questions by email, at no charge.

Step 2: Agree on the work
Scope, cost, availability, and deliverables are confirmed in writing. A clear brief can move straight to an agreement.

Step 3: Build, review, hand over
Regular updates and working reviews as the system develops, then a handover of the agreed code, documentation, and operating notes.

A written implementation brief for one workflow, covering:

- Required integrations
- Pilot scope and success measures
- A preliminary budget range
The full $250 consultation fee is credited toward the assessment for the same project, leaving $500. Delivered within five business days of receiving the necessary information. Broader discovery is quoted separately.
