AI connected to your systems of record.
A model is only as useful as the context and actions it can reach. I connect AI to the platforms you already run, with access bounded by your permissions and business rules.

What the work involves
AI integration connects a model or agent to business software: retrieving approved documents, looking up a customer, checking availability, or preparing a change in another system. Permissions and business rules determine what it can do.
- Integrate CRMs, support platforms, calendars, and scheduling systems through their APIs.
- Build tool interfaces and MCP servers where they fit your environment.
- Ground answers in approved documentation with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Define authentication, access boundaries, retries, and logging for every integration.
When it helps
You already use AI, or have a clear agent use case, but it needs your business context and tools to complete the task.
A typical project
A phone agent looks up the caller’s record, checks the service area and booking rules, then queries available appointment slots. It books only within the permissions you’ve approved and passes exceptions to your team.
What you get
| Deliverable | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Working integrations | The agreed APIs, retrieval sources, and agent tools, each with access scoped to the task. |
| Defined failure behavior | How the system handles unavailable services, incomplete data, repeated requests, and actions that need approval. |
| Integration documentation | Configuration and operating notes so your team can maintain and troubleshoot every connection. |
Questions
Is RAG the same as connecting an agent to our tools?
They solve different problems. RAG retrieves information to help answer a question; a tool integration lets the agent query a live system or prepare an action. Many workflows need both.
Can an agent write to our systems?
When the workflow requires it, yes. Permissions, validation, and human review are agreed before write actions are enabled. Read-only access is often the right first phase.
